John 19:30,  “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”

Being crucified, Jesus held his head up.  When he gave up the ghost, he then lowered his head.

Let that sink in.  Meaning even as a human he was stronger then any of us could have been.  God did all this for us! Jesus bowed his head at the end and won our victory.
